In the communities where its manufacturing units are located, Vitopel contributes to programs for the inclusion and support of young people, like the Pearl Project (Projeto Pérola) for the digital inclusion of low-income young people, the Little Guard Program, meant for low-income minors, as the first work experience, both projects in Brazil. The program First Step provides the opportunity of a first job to youngsters between 18 and 24, in Argentina, thus contributing toward local social development.
